Let us teach you how to Move
At the Playroom your child will receive a guided active play care program led by Kinesiology professionals designed to engage children ages 2 to 12 in the simple pleasures and benefits of regular physical activity.
Children engage in a variety of fun, interactive and non-competitive physical activities which are intended to foster increased self-esteem, self-confidence and a positive self-image.
Our staff at the Playroom excel at modelling a genuine sense of enthusiasm for, enjoyment of, and self-assurance in adopting physical activity as an integral part of life.
Our physical literacy program exposes families to opportunities to develop movement skills and patterns, through experiences that vary in movement intensities and durations, in a wide range of physical activities and settings
Our staff at the PlayRoom have experience and training in fostering your child’s ability to identify and express the essential qualities that influence movement, understand the health benefits of an active lifestyle, and appreciate appropriate safety features associated with physical activity in a variety of settings and physical environments.
The Playroom prioritizes offering engaging opportunities for our patrons to sustain a lifestyle involvement in a range of meaningful and personally challenging physical activities, as an integral part of one’s lifestyle.
